The Osteoporosis Options Treatment decision tool for patients will help you better understand: 

  • The condition, including animations of what happens inside the bone
  • What your personal results mean
  • The pros and cons of treatment options

It can also support your decision making about medicines.

Some people will be given a code to access this from their health professional. If this is the case, the tool will be able to show you personalised screens about your results and your risk.

However, you don’t need a code to access this tool. You have the option of answering some questions to enable to the tool to personalise your risk.
